TEMPLE CONSTRUCTION Trimurti Temple has undertaken a major project of embellishing all the existing Sannidhanams. In addition, a majestic RajaGopuram and an open Temple Hall are also in the works. The construction is proceeding at a fast pace – Ganesha and Hanuman Sannidhis have re-opened in December 2024 and Mahalakshmi’s shrine is scheduled to open on the 1st of February, 2025. | MAHALAKSHMI SANNIDHI REOPENING 
Saturday, February 1, 2025 Trimurti Temple announces the reopening of Sri Mahalakshmi Sannidhi after renovation, on the 1st of February. The Sannidhanam is embellished in the ancient Pallava and Chola architectural styles, dating back to the 11th Century and earlier. One of the salient features of the construction is that the four sides of the Vimanam (rooftop) carry four different depictions of Mahalakshmi. According to Hindu mythology, Lord Mahadev got married to Aadi Sakthi, in the form of Devi Sati, who was one of the daughters of Prajapathi Daksha, himself the son of Lord Brahma.
